• The 48-business-hour delivery timeline begins only after your completed intake form, payment, and all required assets have been received.
• Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
• Delays in providing requested information, content, approvals, or assets will extend the project timeline.

Your purchase includes only the services and features listed in your selected package.

Additional pages, revisions beyond the included scope, integrations, functionality, or requested changes may require an additional fee and timeline adjustment.

Each project includes one revision round unless otherwise stated in your selected package.

Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your project preview.

Requests outside the original project scope will be quoted separately.

To begin your project, you are responsible for providing all requested materials, including:

• Logo (if applicable)
• Brand colors
• Images
• Website copy
• Login credentials (when required)
• Any additional requested assets or information

Payment is required before work begins.

Because every project is custom created specifically for your business, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun or your completed intake form has been submitted.

Visibility and Client Ready packages are typically delivered in as little as 48 business hours after payment, your completed intake form, and all required assets have been received.

Custom Builds follow a project timeline agreed upon before work begins.

Additional requests, missing content, delayed approvals, or work outside the original scope may extend the delivery timeline.

Crissy Builds may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, booking software, CRM systems, and automation tools.

Crissy Builds is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, platform limitations, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed website content and original design assets created specifically for your project transfers to you.

Crissy Builds reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Visibility and Client Ready packages include support during the initial delivery and revision period only.

Ongoing maintenance, updates, enhancements, or additional features are available as separate services.

Services outside the purchased package, including additional pages, CRM setup, automations, memberships, portals, dashboards, API integrations, digital product delivery, advanced functionality, or future enhancements, will be quoted separately.

Crissy Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of your website or any third-party services.

Crissy Builds' total liability for any claim related to your project will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

By purchasing a Crissy Builds service, submitting payment, or beginning the project intake process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
